Data processing agreement
Our standard DPA is incorporated into the Terms of Service for all customers in the EEA and UK. A signed copy is available on request.
Sub-processors
We use infrastructure, database, email and AI model providers as sub-processors. Our current list is published and customers are notified before any addition.
Transfers
International transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses plus supplementary technical measures including encryption in transit and at rest.
Data subject requests
