Refund Policy
When we refund subscriptions, top-up packs and lifetime purchases.
Subscriptions
Cancel any time from billing settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid invoice, email support for a full refund.
Lifetime deal
The lifetime licence carries a 60-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 60 days of purchase for any reason and we return the full amount.
Credit packs
Unused top-up packs can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Credits already spent on successful generations are non-refundable.
How to request
Email billing@proposalos.ai with your account email and invoice number. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
