The agreement between your business and ProposalOS AI covering subscriptions, credits, acceptable use and liability.
Subscriptions and credits
Plans renew automatically each period until cancelled. Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period; purchased top-up packs and lifetime credit allowances never expire. Credits are only consumed on a successful AI generation — failed generations are never charged.
Your content
You own everything you upload and everything the AI generates for you. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use ProposalOS AI to produce unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive documents, or to resell raw model access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or attempt to circumvent credit limits.
Liability
Generated documents are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing legal and pricing terms before sending them to a customer. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
