How ProposalOS AI collects, uses, stores and protects the data you and your customers put into the platform.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, organization), the content of documents you generate, billing metadata from our payment processor, and product telemetry such as page views and feature usage. We never sell personal data.
How your documents are used
Job briefs and generated documents are stored in your organization's isolated workspace and are only accessible to members you invite. AI providers process prompts to generate output and are contractually barred from training on your content.
Retention and deletion
Documents are retained until you delete them or close your account. On account closure we delete workspace data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@proposalos.ai. We respond within 30 days.
